Shipping
1、Where are your products shipped from?
All US orders are shipped directly from our local Atlanta warehouse located at 1399 Fulton Industrial Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30336 via standard ground freight or courier.
2、How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
3、What is the daily order cut-off time?
24-Hour Dispatch: Orders received after 1:00 PM will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
4、How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once dispatched from our Atlanta warehouse, your order will be delivered within the estimated timeframe via standard local freight. You will receive a tracking code to monitor delivery progress.
5、Can you deliver to a PO Box, PO Bag, or Parcel Locker?
Due to the package size and weight of solar pump systems and controllers, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, PO Bags, or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical street address for residential, commercial, or farm locations during checkout.
6、Do your products support local pickup?
Because the warehouse uses standardized and automated order processing and shipping processes, it does not currently offer on-site pickup service for buyers.
Return policy
1、Can I return a product if it’s the wrong size or model?
Yes! If you ordered the incorrect size or model for your DIFFUL solar water pump system, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.
As a trusted solar pumps supplier, we coordinate with our local overseas warehouses to ensure a quick and smooth process. Please note that restocking or return shipping fees may apply—refer to our full Returns Policy for step-by-step instructions.
2、Who pays for return shipping and restocking fees for change-of-mind or wrong-size returns?
Buyer’s Reason (Wrong model ordered / Change of mind): The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our local warehouse. A 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the item's repacking condition.
Seller’s Reason (Defective item / Wrong item sent): We will provide a 100% free prepaid return label or a full replacement/refund.
3、Can I return a pump if it has already been installed or tested in water?
Unfortunately, for safety and quality assurance, items that have been submerged, installed, or exposed to water cannot be accepted for non-defective returns. If you experience any operation issues after installation, your unit is fully covered under our standard product warranty and support.

3、Do you provide installation support? Can I install it myself, and what skills are required?
DIFFUL solar water pump kits are designed for straightforward DIY installation without requiring professional plumbing or electrical licenses. While we do not provide on-site installation, our detailed manuals and responsive support team will guide you through setting up your system for Drip Lines, agricultural Irrigation, or Household water supply.
